Inspection was conducted at workshops and job sites during construction, fabrication and installation to ensure that pressure vessel, steel structure and equipment have been manufactured in compliance with applicable standard and specification requirements.
Steel equipment is usually constructed by welding. To ensure the quality of weld, welding inspector shall review or recommend welding procedure, then conduct qualification of the procedure and welder, follow by various testing methods to verify that the welding work meet standard.
